Samantha Burch, joining as Counsel, brings over 15 years of patent experience, particularly in patent drafting and prosecuting in electrical controls, circuits, mechanical systems, and computer systems and software. Tam Dinh, Ph.D., also joining as Counsel, has over 15 years of experience in domestic and foreign patent drafting, prosecution, and counseling, with a focus on small molecules, proteins/polypeptides, and polynucleotides.

Steven McHugh, with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law, has a broad practice that includes patent, trademark, and copyright prosecution, enforcement, defense, and licensing. Alex Starkovich, an intellectual property attorney with over 16 years of experience, specializes in patent prosecution and litigation support. Peter Thompson, joining as an Associate, has extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution across a wide range of technologies.

Helena Lovick, Ph.D., joins the firm as a Patent Agent, focusing on patent drafting and prosecution services. Her doctoral work in organic chemistry focused on organocatalysis and new reaction development, and she has previously worked as a research scientist in the medical device and tissue banking fields.
